Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Harrod Estates Limited (“the company”), which has its registered office at 211 High Street, Rangiora, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 15th day of January 2002.

Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove Auckland Music Store Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is care of Ansell Clare, Pembrook House, corner of Pembrook and Clarence Streets, Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.
