On 12 November 2001 at the North Shore District Court, an
order was made to confiscate the following motor vehicle:

Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 20 November 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Amelia Gates, of 599 Maunganui Road, Mt Maunganui,
was convicted of the following offence – driving with
excess breath alcohol – and in addition to the sentence
imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. UZ 1663
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to
Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal
Justice Act 1985.

order was made against Colin John Satele to confiscate the
