On the 16th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Hammond Investments 2000 Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of November 2001.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
