In the matter of Wilder Equipment Hire Limited (in receivership), and in the matter of the Receiverships Act 1993:

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of November 2001, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Wilder Equipment Hire Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of December 1997 given by that company.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company’s undertakings and its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at the Offices of: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
