Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), and under
delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce,
I hereby give notice that I have initiated a reassessment of
the imposition of the amount of anti-dumping duty in
respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described
in the Schedule to this notice.

Standard plasterboard with dimensions of a nominal
thickness from, but not including 6mm, and up to, but not
including 12mm, of any width or length.

New Zealand, which classification is provided for
convenience and Customs purposes only, the written
description being dispositive.

1. This notice may be cited as Te Kura o Torere
   establishment.

2. The notice shall come into force the day after its
   publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. I hereby establish in Torere a full primary school called
   Te Kura o Torere and designate the school as a designated
   character school.

Aims, Purposes and Objectives of Te Kura o Torere

4. Together with the use of te reo Māori as the principal
   language of instruction, the following aims, purposes and
   objectives constitute the character of Te Kura o Torere:
