General Use Claim:
Bio-insecticide for the control of glasshouse sciarid fly in container grown or field grown ornamental, vegetable, fruit tree or flower nursery crops.
Any person may make a written submission to the Director-General, under section 17 of the ACVM Act 1997, concerning the application notified above.
Such submissions:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission;
(b) may state any decision sought on that application;
(c) must be received by the Director-General no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in this New Zealand Gazette; and
(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.
A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for their information.
A copy of the public information on the application may be obtained from ACVM Group, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, P.O. Box 2526, Wellington or on the web site at www.maf.govt.nz/acvm/

Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme —Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Regulations 2001
Notice Under the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Regulations 2001 (Notice No. 1216)
Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Notice 2001, I give notice that the following form of processing is designated as being treated as limited processing for the purposes of these Regulations:
- the addition of the preservative sulphur dioxide or sodium and potassium sulphites to scampi (Metanephrops challengeri).
This notice shall take effect on the date of publication.

Animal Welfare Act 1999
Revocation of Approval to Use Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. 1210) (W.NAE.06)
Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the date of this notice, the approval of Paul McGuire’s code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of the University of Auckland.
Notice No. 4986 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 10 May 1990, No. 73, page 1582, is hereby revoked.

Revocation of Approval to Use Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. 1211) (W.NAE.06)
Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the date of this notice, the approval of Aspiring Animal Services Limited’s code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of New Zealand Pastoral Agriculture Research Institute Limited.
Notice No. 5324 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 10 February 1994, No. 11, page 719, is hereby revoked.
