Notice is given by Waratah Timber Co Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.

Under the amalgamation proposal, Waratah Timber Co Limited and Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited are to amalgamate and continue as one company (being Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited).

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited, or any person to whom the company or Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company and Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited situated at 640 Great South Road, Manukau City, Auckland.
