Notice of Application for an Order Approving a Scheme

Under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that the Methodist General
Purposes Trust Board has applied to the High Court at
Auckland for an order approving a scheme under Part III of
the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, whereby the provisions of
the will of Frank Rodger White, electrician of Auckland
(deceased), providing a residual gift to the Methodist
Church in Whangarei, be varied to allow the applicant to
dispose of the residuary gift by way of the formation of a
trust, the fund, both capital and income, to be used for such
Methodist Church purposes or projects within the general
Whangarei District in New Zealand, as the applicant
approves, be approved.

The date proposed for the hearing of this application is
Wednesday, the 12th day of December 2001 at the High
Court at Auckland at 10.00 a.m.
