Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of

to this notice to be stopped and further declares that
the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title 30/295 (Marlborough Registry), subject to
mortgages 218423.4 and 218423.5. Notwithstanding section
118 of the Public Works Act 1981, an esplanade reserve
shall not be created as the Marlborough District Council has
resolved that section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act
1974 shall not apply with the consent of the Minister
of Conservation, pursuant to section 405A (1) (b) of the
Resource Management Act 1991.
