for road and vested in the Waikato District Council on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares

notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown and
shall form part of the Craigieburn streambed on the date of
