Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 29 October 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga,
James Haukina Paki, of 38 Hoskins Road, Matapihi,
Mount Maunganui, was convicted of the following offence –
driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) –
and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court
has ordered that a

Honda Integra motor vehicle, registration No. TW 3995

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to
Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal
Justice Act 1985.

Extension of Term of Office of Commissioner—

Sacred Heart College (Napier)

Acting under delegated authority, pursuant to section
109 (7B) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that it is
in the best interests of Sacred Heart College (Napier) that
the election of its board should be postponed and that the
current commissioner’s term of office should be extended.
I set 3 December 2001 as the date of the election for a new
board of trustees.

This notice revokes the notice which appeared in
New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2001, No. 28, page 619.
