Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Bruce W. Warden, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Katikati & District Promotion Association Incorporated.

Animal Products (Amendments to Incorporated Material) Notice 2001 Notice (No. 1208)

Pursuant to section 168 (5) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I give notice that the following amendments to those Meat Act regime circulars and directives which are listed in Schedule 1 of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2000, shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice.
