I, David William Peter McCone, hereby give notice that for the purposes of winding up a non-trading company and, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of Bilambil Holdings Limited with effect from the 19th day of October 2001.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
