Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 18 June 2001, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:

1. That the name of Joeli Baledrokadroka be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand with immediate effect.
2. The tribunal decides to make no order as to costs or as to any monetary penalty.
3. In relation to the question of publication, the tribunal recommends, under section 134 of the Law Practitioners Act that the Council of the New Zealand Law Society should publish the practitioner’s name under section 135 of the Act.
