I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, hereby give notice that, for the
purpose of winding up a solvent non-trading company and
pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I
was appointed as liquidator of Beveridge Developments
Limited with effect from the 16th day of October 2001 at
11.20 a.m.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent
