Notice of Determination of Tax Depreciation Rates

This is a notice made under section EG 14 of the Income Tax Act 1994, of a depreciation determination issued by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue under section EG 10 of that Act.
“Determination PROV 8: Tax Depreciation Rates Provisional Determination Number 8” relating to trough covers (polyethylene) was signed on 11 October 2001, and will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin Vol. 13, No. 10 of October 2001.
A copy of the determination may be obtained by writing to the Assistant General Manager (Adjudication & Rulings), National Office, Inland Revenue, P.O. Box 2198, Wellington.

Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

John Pennington Gatley, acting District Court Judge of Taupo

to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand, at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to the said section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term of 3 months on and from 1 October 2001.\n
