The amount of capital contributed by the said James Anthony Frank Wadham being US$18,200.00 (eighteen thousand two hundred United States dollars) and the said Ilton & Oxford Holdings Limited (in its capacity as trustee of The Ilton & Oxford Family Trust) being US$7,800.00 (seven thousand eight hundred United States dollars) and the said Montrose Corporation Limited being US$425,000.00 (four hundred and twenty-five thousand United States dollars) and the said Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited being US$234,000.00 (two hundred and thirty-four thousand United States dollars), totalling US$685,000.00 (six hundred and eighty-five thousand United States dollars) to the common stock.

The business to be transacted is that of investment in fiduciary and/or financial service companies and the principal place at which the business is to be transacted at is in the City of Apia, Samoa, and the partnership commenced on the 30th day of June 2001 and is to terminate on the 29th day of June 2008, unless extended in accordance with the Partnership Act 1908.
