Notice is hereby given that an application to remove Rangikea Lands Co Limited from the Register will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, whose registered office is situated at 42 Carroll Street, Palmerston North, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Any objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than Friday, the 9th day of November 2001.

Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove AHC Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 5 Pacific Place, Wanganui, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

DaimlerBenz AG merged with the Chrysler Corporation in 1999. As part of the reorganisation of the merged DaimlerChrysler wholesale operations in New Zealand, DaimlerChrysler AG now proposes to remove Mercedes-Benz NZ Limited, a name protection company, from the Register of Companies.

Accordingly, take notice that it is intended to remove Mercedes-Benz NZ Limited from the New Zealand Register of Companies, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at the Companies Office, Boulcott House, 47 Boulcott Street (P.O. Box 5901), Wellington, by the 16th day of November 2001.
