E. Products to which level of conformity A requirements apply

(a) A supplier may, as an alternative to meeting the requirements for levels of conformity 1, 2 or 3, meet the requirements of level of conformity A.

(b) If a product is information technology equipment (ITE) the Chief Executive will accept a declaration of conformity in relation to the requirements of CFR47 Part 15 for digital devices.
