(b) A right of way easement appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule upon the terms and conditions described in the Third Schedule on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(h) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 57A/510, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 273887.
