Land Declared Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 3, Ngatoro Bridge Widening, Mountain Road, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land
described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway
and vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Paraheka Road, Waitomo District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land
Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the
First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests as
shown) to be road and vested in the Waitomo District
Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title, Volume 144, folio 138, subject to
memorandum of mortgage 470182.3.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of
road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title No. G4/357, subject to memorandum of
mortgage 470182.3.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road
described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. J1/1006, subject to memoranda of mortgage 313061.8
and 377100.

(e) The land described in the Fifth Schedule to this
notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 86 of
the Mining Act 1991) to be taken, under section 119, and
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. G4/357, subject to memorandum of mortgage 470182.3.

(f) The land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice
(excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the
Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979)
to be taken, under section 119, and shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title No. F2/1047, subject to
memorandum of mortgage 473047.5.
