of Companies to have the company removed from the
New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of
the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has
discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Packaging Investments Limited,

Christchurch, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the
Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has
ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its

its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and
the Act.\n
The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in
full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court,
under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the
company into liquidation.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under
