owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

Pursuant to clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the closing date for voting, and all subsequent actions, in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of the student representative for the Waverley High School Board of Trustees.
The closing date for voting will be 23 October 2001.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
