Scott Fund Trust Scheme

Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme

Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the
matter of Scott Fund Trust Scheme:

Take notice that on Wednesday, the 7th day of November
2001 at 9.30 a.m., Presbyterian Support (East Coast) will
apply to the High Court at Napier for orders approving
a scheme defining the objects and prescribing the rules
for administration and varying the provisions of the Scott
Fund Trust Scheme.

  1. The applicant seeks to vary the provisions of the fund to
    facilitate the carrying out of the objects of the trust
    by broadening the persons eligible for assistance under
    the fund to include both physically and intellectually
    handicapped children.

  2. A copy of the proposed scheme, originating application
    and supporting affidavit may be inspected at the offices
    of Presbyterian Support (East Coast), 87 Te Mata Road,
    Havelock North, during the hours of business, 9.00 a.m.
    to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

  3. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme should give a
    written notice of his or her intention to do so to:

3.1 the Registrar of the High Court at Napier; and

3.2 Her Majesty’s Attorney-General, care of Crown Law
Office, 45 Pipitea Street (P.O. Box 5012), Thorndon,
Wellington (Attention: M. A. Soper); and

3.3 Presbyterian Support (East Coast), P.O. Box 8119,
Havelock North (Attention: Fred Ebbeling).

and have been dissolved under section 26 (1) of the

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trusts

The declaration dissolving the trusts listed below as from the
dates shown, having been revoked under section 26 (3) of
the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the trusts are revived from
the respective dates of dissolution:

Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has
directed that consequent on the dissolution of the society
on the 10th day of September 2001, the land described
in the Schedule hereto be vested, subject to all charges,
encumbrances, estates and interests affecting it, in
Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Incorporated

DN. I.S. 227003 without transfer, conveyance or assignment.

No appeal from this direction shall lie unless notice thereof
is delivered within 1 month after the 1st day of October
2001, being the date of the said direction.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing
830 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of
Huntly, being part Lot 17, Deposited Plan 1012, and being
portion Allotment 51, Parish of Taupiri, excepting all
minerals from beneath the surface of the said land and being
all the land comprised and described in certificate of title
Volume 969, folio 219 (South Auckland Registry).
