On the 28th day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Waikato Farmers Agency Company Limited be liquidated and that Robert Macdonnell Braithwaite and Kenneth Andrew Price, chartered accountants of Hamilton, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
