Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
The liquidator fixes Friday, the 19th day of October 2001, as
the day on or before which any creditors of the company are
to make their claims and establish any priority, under
section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of
any distribution of the Act, as the case may be, from objecting to
any distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
When the liquidator has completed his duties, he intends to

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of September 2001, it was resolved,
pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993,
that White Rock Holdings Limited (formerly The Whiterock
Lime Company Limited) be liquidated and that C. J. Clark,
chartered accountant of Miller Gale & Winter, be appointed
liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of September
2001.

The company has ceased trading and is considered to be
superfluous.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to
pay its debts and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the
Companies Act 1993, no creditors’ meeting is required to be
called.
