(b) The area of land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road excluding the coal and other minerals remaining in certificates of title 539/236 and 539/240.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that:

(a) The area described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 64D/735.

(b) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 43B/147 subject to mortgage B. 433169.2.
