Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 24th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m., appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.

A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
