Wild Animals Control Act 1977

Revocation of Part of the Blue Mountains Recreational Hunting Area

Under section 27 (3) of the Wild Animals Control Act 1977, the Director-General of Conservation gives notice that the notice declaring the Blue Mountains Recreational Hunting Area, dated 17 June 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette 1980 at page 1875, is revoked with respect to those parts of the land described in the Schedule hereto included in the said notice.

The land in the Schedule is no longer owned by the Crown and the owner has asked that the recreational hunting area should be revoked.

12471.0915 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 21062; Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 21062; Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 21064; Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 21249; Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 21251; Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 21411; Lot 1, D.P. 21412; Lots 1, 2 and 3, D.P. 21418; Lots 1, 2 and 6 D.P. 21422; and Lot 1, D.P. 21662. Nurses Act 1977

Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session in Respect of Stefan Graham Guy Alexander Knight, Registered Comprehensive Nurse

In exercise of its powers under sections 42 (1) (a), 42 (2) (a), 42 (9), 42 (3) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand (“the council”), in a decision dated 9 November 2000, ordered that Stefan Knight’s name be removed from the Register of Comprehensive Nurses.

Stefan Knight may apply for reinstatement to the register after 12 months.

The council also ordered that he pay $770.00 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the council, and that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the New Zealand Gazette, Kai Tiaki: Nursing New Zealand, Waikato Times and the council’s newsletter.
