Notice of Vesting of Property—Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993—Independent Taverns Limited

I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 31 October 2000, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Independent Taverns Limited from the Register of Companies on 21 September 1998, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993), with rights as encumbrancee under encumbrance No. B. 429195.3 registered against certificate of title 52B/319, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directive in respect of an aircraft:

This airworthiness directive shall come into force on 8 February 2001.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to Regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, James Lindsay Graham Bell, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road and will become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
