Land Acquired for Road and for Granting of Compensation—Taane Road, Waipa District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette; and

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the granting of compensation and is transferred to the owners of certificate of title 1272/77 and amalgamated with certificate of title 1272/77.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Rotorua District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50C/82 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
