Road Realignment—Pahiatua Road, Tararua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Tararua District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39D/708, subject to mortgage No. B. 039239.3;

(ii) the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 40D/335 and with renewable lease No. 918/65, subject to mortgage No. B. 039239.3;

(iii) the land thirdly, fifthly and sixthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 448/300, subject to mortgage No. B. 039239.3;

(iv) the land fourthly and eighthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39D/707, subject to mortgage No. B. 039239.3;

(v) the land seventhly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25A/641, subject to mortgage No. B. 821431.3;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in Tararua District Council;

(d) Declares the land firstly described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall vest in Tararua District Council;

(e) Declares the land secondly described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 448/300, subject to B. 039239.3 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
