Position 57/7.92) 620 metres measured in a generally
south-easterly direction from Stanton Road and
extending in a generally north-westerly direction to a
point (Route Position 57/8.60) measured approximately
50 metres in a north-westerly direction from Stanton
Road; a distance of 680 metres.

This amendment is made by delegated authority from the
Transit New Zealand Authority.

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring
Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori
Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development
   Notice, Hamilton 2001, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in
   relation only to the piece of land described in the Second
   Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the
   Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
