- Transitional provisions—(1) Paragraph 2 of this notice
shall not apply to any interest payable in respect of the
period that ends with 19 September 2001.
(2) Paragraph 2 (a) of this notice shall apply:
(i) to agencies that commenced prior to 20 September
2001, as from that date;
(ii) to agencies that commenced on or after
20 September 2001, as from the date of their
commencement.
(3) Paragraphs 2 (b) to 2 (e) inclusive of this notice:
(i) shall not apply to agencies that commenced prior
to 20 September 2001; but
(ii) shall apply to agencies that commence on or
after 20 September 2001, as from the date of their
commencement.
4. Revocation—The Public Trust Office (Investment
Agencies in Common Fund) Notice 6 September 2001,
New Zealand Gazette, page 3108, is hereby revoked.

Building Regulations 1992
Pursuant to section 48 (4) of the Building Act 1991, notice
is hereby given that the Building Industry Authority intends
to make a recommendation for the amendment of the
Building Regulations 1992.
That recommendation relates to the making of amendments
to clause G14 of the First Schedule to the Building
Regulations 1992 (“the building code”).

Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to Regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations
1976, I, Victor Ian Everiss, Senior Vehicle Compliance
Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in
Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the
Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the
conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Pursuant to Regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle
Standards) Regulations 1990, I, Victor Ian Everiss, Senior
Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor
vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the
requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards)
Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the
conditions specified in Schedule 3.
