Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 November 2000, which was granted under those regulations to Cheryl Breen-Morine in respect of Kowhai Childcare Centre Inc. (11508), situated at 57 Raumanga Valley Road, Whangarei, Northland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
