The Cascade Christian College Board of Trustees

Student Election Extension Notice

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the closing date for receiving nominations and all subsequent actions, in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of a student representative for the Cascade Christian College Board of Trustees.

The closing date for receiving nominations will be 9 October 2001 and voting for the election will close on 23 October 2001.

This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 20 August 2001.
