On Friday, the 31st day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that FAI Holdings (NZ No.2) Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn M. Downey of Auckland and Alan Raymond Isaac of Wellington, both chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of August 2001 at 4.20 p.m.
