Revocation of Reservation Over Part of a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
Wellington Conservancy, Department of Conservation,
revokes the reservation on that part of a local purpose
reserve (isolation strip) described in the Schedule hereto,
and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by
the South Wairarapa District Council on such terms and
conditions as the council shall determine.
