Vivian Judith Fatupaitoa, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of M.F.G Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 25th day of January 2001 at 10.40 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
