Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 23rd day of August 2001 at 11.50 a.m., appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.

A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
