Having regard to Regulation 15 of the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations 1993, the Radio Spectrum Management Group of the Ministry of Economic Development has published the Engineering Consideration Documents “ECD2000/5: A Draft Bandplan for Digital Audio Broadcasting” and “ECD2000/6: Radio Spectrum Provision for LMDS using the CEPT Band Plan for the Band 24.5-26.4 GHz” at the Internet address:

Electricity Regulations 1997
Notice of Singaporean Certification Regimes Recognised Under Regulation 101 (10) of the Electricity Regulations 1997 in Respect of Approval of Declared Articles
Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2000, acting pursuant to Regulation 101 (10) of the Electricity Regulations 1997, I, Paul Stephen Carpinter, Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, recognise certification to New Zealand’s mandatory requirements undertaken by the relevant certification bodies named by Singapore’s designating authorities.
New Zealand’s mandatory requirements are those set out in the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Safety of Fittings and Electrical Appliances – NZECP 3: 2000.
This recognition is in accordance with Part 7 of the Agreement Between New Zealand and Singapore on a Closer Economic Partnership (“the agreement”) and Annex 4.1 to the agreement.
