Notice is given that on the 22nd day of December 2000 at 9.00 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason be appointed as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
