Pacific Island Family Development Trust CH. C.T. 824108 is no longer carrying on its operations and has been dissolved, under section 26 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, as from the 7th day of August 2000.

Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 7th day of October 1993 of Edler Mana Incorporated WN. I.S. 267311 was made in error and on the 14th day of August 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.

Eagle Star Insurance Company Limited
Proposed Release of Deposit
Pursuant to the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953
Eagle Star Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter called “the company”) has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with the Public Trustee.
The Public Trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19(3) of the Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after 10 September 2000, the amount deposited with him by the company.
Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the Public Trustee at the Public Trust Office, 117-125 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1 on or before 1 September 2000.

Notification of Determination of the Precise Question at an Indicative Referendum
Pursuant to section 13 of the Citizens Initiated Referenda Act 1993, I hereby give notice that:
Tim Hawkins
- has been approved to use, for the purposes of an indicative referendum petition, the wording determined in the paragraph below;
- is the promoter of the indicative referendum petition in which the wording determined in the paragraph below is to be used;
- has been approved to use a form for the purposes of the indicative referendum petition; and
That the wording of the specific question to be put to voters in the proposed indicative referendum is:
“Should the Shared Parenting Bill introduced by Dr Muriel Newman (which creates a presumption that parents who are separated or divorced will have equal rights to custody of their children) be passed by Parliament?”
