Notice is hereby given that a certificate of title will be issued in the names of the applicants for the parcel of land hereinafter described, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged by any person having an interest in the land upon the expiration of 1 month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
