Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Pacific Gate Holdings Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of August 2000.

Bruce Arthur Maclean, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Trikkala Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of July 2000 at 1.00 p.m.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.

Notice of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Act.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The liquidator intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties and has delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

Objections to remove, under section 321 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar by Friday, the 8th day of September 2000.
