Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the sale of the electrical, electronic and industrial products.

Conditions
The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:
(1) RS Components Pty Limited shall not conduct the sales promotion scheme in New Zealand after 31 March 2000;
(2) The results of the sales promotion scheme shall be published in the New Zealand Herald on 14 April 2000;
Winners will be notified by certified mail;
(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any extra cost when they claim their prizes;
(4) The chance of a New Zealand participant winning a prize shall be equal to that of an overseas participant.

To all to whom this order shall come, and to:
The Right Honourable Sir IAN LLOYD McKAY, K.N.Z.M., of Wellington, formerly a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand; and
GERALD CHRISTOPHER PHILIP HENSLEY, C.N.Z.M., of Martinborough, formerly Secretary of Defence; and
ARTHUR FRANCIS SMALL, of Wellington, Managing Director of Tranz Rail Limited:
GREETING:
Whereas by an Order in Council made on 4 November 1999, you, the Right Honourable Sir Ian Lloyd McKay, Gerald Christopher Philip Hensley, and Arthur Francis Small, were appointed to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon certain matters relating to the provision of a computer system to be known as "the Integrated National Crime Information System":
And whereas it is expedient that you should be discharged from performance of the duty imposed on you by that Order in Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and while continuing to repose especial trust and confidence in your integrity, learning, and ability, discharge you from performance of the duty imposed on you by that Order in Council and revoke that Order in Council.
Given in Executive Council under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 31st day of January 2000.

Acting District Court Judge Appointed
Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, and section 7 of the Family Courts Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Jeremy Rolf Aubin
retired District Court Judge, to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand, at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to the said section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Courts, pursuant to section 7 of the Family Courts Act 1980, for a term of two years on and from the 1st day of February 2000.

Paul Franklin Barber
retired District Court Judge, to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand, at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to the said section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term of 12 months on and from the 3rd day of March 2000.
