Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 27th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Pomare Penehuro Tualega, of Flat 6/41 Miro Street, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and fined $500.00, court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 14 June 2000, following his conviction on 27 January 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, R. G. Paterson and K. Hurley, Community Magistrates, have ordered that:
Holden Belmont motor vehicle, registration No. HC 7176 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Pomare Penehuro Tualega, be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 27th day of January 2000.

B. Thomas has ordered that a

be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 24th day of January 2000.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 Hepetema 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Wayne Apatu, in respect of
Te Rongopai Kohanga Reo (55114), situated at 18 Walter Street, Takapau, Hawke’s Bay.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Mary MacKillop School, Mangere (Attendance Dues) Notice 2000
Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at Mary MacKillop School, Mangere.
Notice

This notice shall be cited as the Mary MacKillop School, Mangere (Attendance Dues) Notice 2000.

The proprietor of the above-named school may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named school requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be $120.00 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum, per pupil.

Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated school as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education, pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated school.
