Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 25th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Hamilton, Shane Gavin Porima of 72 Stafford Street, Cambridge was convicted and fined $200.00, court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 25 January 2000, following his conviction on 25 January 2000 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates G. O. Moltzen and M. R. Brooker have ordered that a Suzuki motor vehicle, registration No. LU 3186 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Shane Gavin Porima, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5 p.m. on the 25th day of January 2000.
