Notice is hereby given, in pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Part-Rite Auto Services Limited (in liquidation) passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of January 2000.

Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Miss Tarsha Triplow.

The liquidators do hereby fix the 7th day of March 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim, to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
