Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 27th day of June 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, Dusk Alisha Lummis of 8 Robinson Street, Kawerau, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 27 June 2000, following his conviction on 27 June 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a

Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. OY 1793 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 28th day of July 2000.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Taikura Rudolf Steiner School, Hastings.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 31st day of July 2000.
